This has reference to a purchase of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Model M30 (6GB/128GB) Pearl White colour from your website phonedeals.co.in vide order no PDS6791,dated 01/06/2020.In this connection, I have made payment of Rs.2999/- through netbanking on 01/06/2020 at around 10.54PM but after successful transaction of said payment, confirmation of payment receipt was sent on my email in which it was figured out the order of GENEX Galaxy Smartphone instead of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone (copy of receipt enclosed).Initially, I thought it was inadvertently happened due to technical error by M/s phonedeals but later on I realized and found that so many customers were duped in similar manner.Considering the cheating and fraud committed by M/s Phonedeals,I have sent cancellation request for the said order through email/s at M/s phonedeals.co.in and reachusforenquires@gmail.com on 04/06/2020(Copy enclosed) as well as called on customer care number but M/s Phonedeals has not cancelled the order no PDS6791 instead they have sent one courier packet vide docket no.AWB No.14197520040858 which consists of two Kemax make worthless and sub standard phones.(Photos of courier packet and manual phones received are enclosed for reference)

Now,I realized that I have been cheated and money extorted by the M/s Phonedeals by making fraudulent commitments.
