I am a seller on Amazon. Amazon committed a fraud with us.
My product, mrp at 15700 was sent to their fba warehouse in an attempt to increase our sales. Out of the 5 products, 3 of them started showing in the morning. As soon as the product started showing, the orders were placed by the same person exactly 1 minute after the inventory started showing. The products got sold at 10 rs. The status was pending when we requested amazon to not send it, they sent it nevertheless while promising us they won’t because its still in pending.Have been harassing me since the past 4 months on this particular issue. I asked for the IP address; not showing any potential interest with their executives banging the calls on my face to not answer issues. How is it possible all frauds occur on this particular case id only. Then luckily one product came back due to undeliverable pincode and guess what; they refunded good but then they sent in a replacement also for that product so all in all customer got rwfund and replacement. Now, they conveniently started denying any mistake done. Promised me my product will come back.
Been trying to ask them what to do since 3 months, every time they give a different timeline and a different alternative. Everytime i talk to a different person who says the same thing the order has been returned; which has not been. Then someone refuses to reimburse us or just says they never refunded the customer. 100 days later, i’m in the same position, i’ve been so mentally harassed by these people. My bp and vitals all shoot up because of it. They have no value for human life and hard earned money, which is so bad. I have wasted more than 20 workinv hours just on call with these people. After multiple calls, they’re still not ready to reimburse us.
They don’t know who changed the price.
They cut my call after making me wait for 1 hour so that they do not need to handle the problem. Even after me telling them, my bp is shooting and i’m unable to explain to yet another person, they want me to go through the torment.
I can also attach prescription for my hypertension and stress.
Here, if I don’t solve issue, my salary will get cut.
If this case is not resolved at the earliest, whatever happens to me, amazon is responsible.
