I Ajoy Ghosh paid rental amount 2828 in advance for the connection.Ref id-

Airtel Sales agent Ajay Patel +91 80130 00807 phone number visited my house on 18/8/2020 and assured me that next day on 19/8 I will get connection and sent me the link to pay the money. Nothing was done on 19/8 from 20/8 he stopped picking my phone technician visted late evening on 20/8 and said cannot give connection to my house as it is 120 meters from box he needs permission from Airtel team leader.I tried contacting Ajay he did not pick the call I was in a mess.21/8 I tried calling him he is giving my number to his colleague to call me who is claiming to be his manager mentioning he is looking into it then turned his phone off his name is Joy 097480 29967.Ajay did not pick the call still then texted his Manager number Sudip Das 098001 38908 this man is also inresposible instead of helping me he is again guiding me to call Ajay Patel.
I am very upset with Airtel they did not cancel my order refund the money to me immediately.I am really harassed by sales team.Inspite of mentioning that it is an urgency for my job I need internet.
They are not cancelling my order and processing the refund please help me with this.
