We had discussion with your representative Mr. Bhavin regarding monthly plan change and assure me to change plan on 16feb 2021 from @799 to @499. also i have compliant on customer care on the same but i don’t get the response on time from airtel brondband team…
I request you to credit 2 month plan amount which already committed by your sale person before 2 month back…..
