I almost paid this person the advance money he demanded for the vehicle clearance by Army office but thanks to Google Pay which alerted me about the suspect. I hate this person for 2 reasons. First, claiming to be an INDIAN ARMY person (and mainly that was the reason I did not even negotiate for the vehicle’s cost) and Second, cheating from normal people long time now. My incident happend in very this month September-2021 and I see this cheat continue this since 2019 and felt bad still no action taken against him.
