Earlier month I got few amount credited rs. 9000 from Buddy cash app of rs. 2250 x 4 and they asked to pay for rs.14000.. i paid them but they didn’t stop there… after a month again amount started crediting they blackmailed me so I paid them all but recently I closed my bank account and they credited the amount in closed bank how it is possible..and asking for money.. then I don’t know how they got my other bank details they credited in that account.. I got afraid and pay them again… but this time they credited the mount in my account and I am not paying it because they have my data they will credit it again and again..

They have my adhaar and pan card I am worried that they didn’t use them for any fraud activity.
Should I pay them or not and I want to file a case against them for mental harassment
