Text of Complaint by Manish Anand:

Hi,

I Just like everyone else i got a call that i have won a free trip coupon. I visited “Park Baluchi” Restaurant in sector 77 and was given details about their packages.

I was told all fake details, just to cheat & convince to buy the package at lower costs. They said, the package will be for 3+2 years, for 6N/7D for 5 years and that too for 35K if paid in one time.

I made the payment and just before moving out, they added AMC fees of 7k/year which will be paid for 3 years and when i asked them what is it, they said, nothing sir, you can ignore this amount and we will put some fake reference on your behalf which will waive out the AMC fees.

I booked the package in September 2019 and came home.

After few days, i received acknowledgement email from RoyalsClub International (A Unit of Royals Timeshare India Limited ) with altogether different things mentioned on their brochure.

I immediately reverted with corrections and asked them to check with their agents who sold me the package. They then said, the details mentioned in the brochure are correct and will be treated as final.

I asked them to refund and they said, its non refundable.

I also went to their office in Noida B-135 Second Floor, Sector- 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh,India 201301, they got rude & adamant and said “paisa toh wapas nahi milega, tumse jo hota ho kar lena”, this was the conversation with Mr. Alok and accepted that the guys who initially sold me the package have lied to me & several other buyers just to get their incentives, thus, company has already fired them.

Now, when i try to utilize their package, they never respond on time and always tell me that my package is for 3 years and i have to pay 7-9K as AMC for 3 years to utilize this package, which makes the total of 35K+27K=62K, only to use the hotels for 21N in India.

I requested them, sir, i cannot afford this package at such high cost, please refund and even i haven’t utilized any single trip with them.

Could you please take immediate action against these fraud companies.
