I have purchased a data analytics course 42000/- from Sanjay Shrinivas Simplilearn learning success manager Sanjay Shriniwas sold me that course at the time purchasing of course he was connecting with me in a professional manner after purchased the course when I asked to cancel the course due to some problems I won’t be able to attend classes and not able to pay the fee I asked him to cancel that course he was constantly lying about refund status I requested to him to cancel within 7days he intentionally delayed and told me not to login to LMS as if I would login to LMS I could’ve canceled it by my own but he told that if you login we won’t be able to cancel the course he intentionally delayed so that cancellation policy can breach and they don’t have to refund I was constantly asking him for updates but now he stop responding to my calls there customer care executives are so pathetic they don’t even know how to talk with people they disconnect call without listen to your problem they are here just to earn money and sale the course they don’t have ethical policy nor work ethics they arranged a fake call for fake cancellation verification
