This is to inform you that we have installed Jio Fibernet connection on 1st Aug 2023.
Mr. Kiran had visited our home and explained various features of Jio Fibernet etc., We were convinced and decide to get the connection.
He asked us to Pay Rs. 4241/- as recharge for the first 6 months. Again, he called over the phone, and explained about the special offer which will give us additional 6 months if we pay Rs.3120/- for which we paid Rs.4,241 to Jio company( Email attached) & Rs.3120/-( Gpay receipt attached) to his personal account.
First 6 months was no issue, but now for the additional 6 months services are discontinued upon which we contacted Mr.Kiran almost since 13th Jan 2024.but every time, he is just postponing.
We feel this is a clear case of cheating us and we are unable to get neither the recharge nor get the refund. Mr. Kiran has been behaving very rudely and seems he is not going to recharge or refund.
We have below mentioned details only: Now, Mr. Kiran is no longer working in Jio
