Hi,
I had liked a saree from rudra silks website and I approached them on the whatsapp number they have provided. They responded late, by that time I said no I dont want it anymore. Still they went ahead and shipped it as COD. They didnt send me any order id or anything. I finally get the COD product and I paid them 1499 for it but after opening I see a very cheap quality wrong saree sent to me. wrong colour, wrong material. everything wrong. Now they are not picking my calls or responding. Please see left is what I ordered and right is what I got.
