I had seen an ad on Instagram for a Planetarium Projector Light and placed an order of the same for the amount of Rs. 1299. It was a Cash on Delivery mode of payment.
To my disappointment, the product which I received was a USB Star Decoration Lamp.
I am unable to place a return for this product and the delivery partners are also not helping.
This is absolutely heartbreaking. It was for my child. Please refund and resolve this matter immediately.
