One day Paytm postpaid customer care call me that u have forget to pay your bill and you have to pay it today .we will send you the link of amount which showing your balance amount . And I did it because it’s my fault . I immediately pay the balance amount which pay on link . After two months they call me and said me that you have balance amount . And you have to pay . If you are not paying you effect your cibil score . They didn’t listen from customer side and do conversation like animals… Paytm and Aditya Birla both are charging high amount to customer. I also write email to rbi that what did happen to me.. let’s see what rbi will do. If not .. then I will file the complain to court that Paytm and Aditya Birla feel guilty
