I have order pack of two spring military pants through your website on dt.31.10.2023 with cash on delivery option.
Today i.e 03.11.2023 delivery was done in my absence through Tracking no.AWB 329551611481 to my kid at home & your delivery agent asked me to pay the amount online. I made the payment online through the link share by your service men (http://eze.cc/spi/su/ucaQO) for Rs.899.00 from my bank account.
Later when the packet was opened we found two pairs of fully torn pant in vey bad condition.
(picture attached) Fraud was notice after opening the packet.
Your are requested to kindly take an action against your delivery men & refund my amount paid through online asap.
Its really disgusting.
