sir, i booked a tatasky hd which will consist of a setup box and a universal original remote and hdmi cable but they brought a packet which is already opened and they have not given my remote which is a part of it when i told that custumer care have told me there is a universal remote with this pack but they argued me they said their officials have told to take the setupbox without remote for installation.. they also asked for money but it is completly free of cost to install.. please sir help me i want my remote
