I used Railware internet for last 4-5 months. last time I recharge for 20 mbps speed internet, but Railwair gives me only 4-5 mbps speed on hole month. Local engg failto solve this issue. Then I recharge 2 mbps speed internet but I can not connect internet with my pc for 4-5 days. Local engg. Mr Sashi kant kushwaha never pick up my phone call. I called him many times but no response from his side. Then i changed my connection.
So, I invest 2300/- for 20mbps and 1300/- for 2 mbps internet. Total spend of money very expensive (3600/-) for me. but result and local engg response is zero.
This is fraud case against local engg Mr, sashi kant kushwaha and Railwari both.
I want to cash back or full refund my money.
