Text of Complaint by Shruthi Mb:

On 3rd of February it was around 4pm to 4:15 pm I was working in office I got a call from naukri.com regarding the job, to get registered for that I used pay a registration fee of Rs.10 So initiated the amount of Rs.10 from my credit card for the website given called naukri I just entered my credit card details and started to make a payment by entering the OTP which was sent to my mobile number, but the payment was failed so I just stopped making the payment but then after a few seconds I got a message from the bank that Rs.31000 has been declined due to insufficient balance again after I received a one more message that the amount If Rs.18200 was debited To passer technology, following one more message Rs. 200 also has been debited in this way within a period of 30seconds my credit card balance became zero. So I kindly request you to take action on the fraud company called pasfar technology for making fraud for the customers by hacking their debit and credit cards and debiting the amount to their account and please give me a justice in this regard I even raised a complaint to the bank regarding this but that case was happened in fovour of the bank I subjected to pay the liable amount to the bank even though that the amount Rs. 18200 was not initiated by me. Please consider this case seriously and give me the justice as soon as possible and here I am posting the screenshot of the message received by the bank for the clarity of the complaint.
