On 10th July, Abhijeet Kulkarni called me and offered me a job on behalf of CradleSoft Enterprises saying they will be giving me 31/- per form and I’ve to fill up 640 form by 7 days.He said,I don’t have to pay any registration fees.But if I fail to complete it by deadline or couldn’t make it 90% accuracy,I’ve to pay the registration fees.I accepted the offer.After 3 days of working,I got sick and couldn’t work.After getting better,when I came to understand that I can not make it by the deadline,I was waiting for them to call me or mail me to ask for the registration fees.But without any notice from the company,on 18th July an ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE RATNESH KUMAR called me and threatened me to pay 37950/- (Mentioned in a fraud letter of FIR by Advocate SIDDHNATH AGARWAL)for the FIR otherwise I’ve to go to Dahod District Court on 20.07.2020.He wanted me to pay the money through GooglePay or PhonePay within 5-10 minutes.But I refused to pay the money.Hence after almost 30 minutes,a mail came to me.It was again SIDDHANT AGARWAL stating that my case has been received by Ahmedabad District Court (which was previously Dahod District Court).Hence I got afraid and starting to search about the advocate and there was no SIDDHANT AGARWAL in Ahmedabad or Dahod District Court.
I am quite confused and scared right now as they have stated if I fail to attend the court,I will be arrested.
