I am a user of Airtel from 1year. I was recharged 598/- a number from airtel thanks application at 12th June. But the recharge was failed and my money was deducted from my bank account.
When I complaint against it they told me that I will get my refund within 10days. But still I didn’t get my money back.
And interesting things that is they leak my transaction I’d at all ..and someone call me from 076027 50243,078811 15806 those numbers and trying to fudge me. But when I understand about it then they black me.
I am trying to complaint against the number in cyber crime. But they don’t take any action.
