Company named Farmiva Enterprises send me email saying I have been selected for data entry work from home . They told me to send ID I sent but I vlur my id number as no one can use it for any wrong reason. Then they sent me a message to accept the link and enter otp which i dont do so i told them i cant enter any otp or any details and upon asking them abt the work they said its the captcha work and if a number of captcha is wrong then you will have to pay penelty on which i rejected the work and i have the wats app conversation in which i have rejected the work. But now after a week yesterday, advocate Mayur joshi called me and sent me a mail saying they have filed a case on me as they are saying tht i have breach the contract by not completing my work with in 7 days I have to pay them Rs 5700 + 20500 and i have to pay this amt in 5 hrs of the notice or warrant will be issued against me.
