Hello! sir/mam
Some private travel groups are making fool of new passengers to the particular city especially at Delhi bus stand (kashmiri gate),many new passengers were given fake tickets and charged high price 1200 ₹ for Chandigarh, approximately triple than the normal charges….
The main thing which I would like to highlight is that they don’t even have buses of their own they are just booking the neugo bus online and departs the passenger to the nego bus say “it’s our bus” and reality is they are just having a small shop approx 2m×2.5m and a board “Falana travel group”.
I really request the authority to look into the matter and solve the problem of the unknown public….🙏
