Sir,with due respect l want to submit this complaint of cheating.l received a message on 21st June 2021 regarding online captcha work which is under ELBIT Solution.A person contactede through Whatsapp no.8598017185 and told me the Work details and terms and conditions saying that “you have to complete the Work in 7 days total 6300 captcha entires out of 7000,and if you do not complete the work we won’t pay you the money”.After that they sent me an agreement and forced me to sign but without any knowledge about the company l signed on it.l provide my Aadhaar card and mail I’d details to them. They sent me the link for signing via e-mail and I signed on it without knowledge. Aftet that,they provide me the login details and password. I started doing the Work. After 1 week I completing my work I ask for my payment but they didn’t respond to that. I tried calling them and sent messages but they didn’t respond to any of them. Then I come to a conclusion that it might be fraud,then I stopped doing the work. And today 06/07/2021 they sent me an email saying that they filed a complaint under the section 73,74 and 420 against me on agreement breaching. The mail was sent with regards of ADV RAVI DESAI and ask me send
if you won’t to avoid legel procedure then you must have to pay 5,400+3,350=8,750 Today.
But I didn’t sent the money I was so scared about it and blocked his number. I request the government to take legel steps against those persons.
