[Hello Sir,I am Manas Kumar Maity, I have been victim of a fraud by a company named MK Placement located at green avenue, New lane road,Dang Gujarat, who lured me for an online job Of captcha filling]
I received a call from contact no 9930037593 on 21th May ,2021, who said that he is the representative of MK Placement company and asked me if I am interested in doing work of captcha filling and he asked me for my Id proof to which I gave him .He told me that I would get a mail from the company for confirmation and after clicking on the confirmation link I would get another mail containing Id and password for the related work. But seeing the structure of the confirmation mail ,I decided to not join the company so I did not signed on their agreement copy.
But on 24th May they sent a mail with containing Id and password that time I totally refused.
But on 2nd June,2021 I received a mail from advocate name Ravi Desai , mail id advocateassociate85@gmail.com ph no 7096526544 , pressurised me to pay (5400+3250)=8650 rupees within 45 minutes otherwise face me a breach case against section 73,74 and 420.
They fraud me with the agreement copy where I didn’t sign.
So I denied paying any amount to them .But they calling, mailing and blackmailing me .
- So I request you to kindly look into this matter take legal action against the company and advocate Ravi Desai as this is depressed me with passing each day .what shall I do and how to protect from this kind of fraud .
