Dear Sir,Madam,

 

Under instructions from my client DTS SOLUTIONS Company’s agreement term & Condition if you Not Complete /Not Submit the work or Qc Fail in the work then you will be liable to pay the company penalty amount Rs.8510/- . You have to do the payment today within 20 minutes , Otherwise your case will be registered under breach of contract

 

Under Indian Contract Act 1872

Section 73 who has broken the contract, compensation for any loss or damage caused to him .

Section 74 provides that damages, not exceeding the amount stipulated in the contract, must be given to the injured party in breach of the contract.

Section 75 Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation. A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the no fulfillment of the contract.

I.P.C Section 402 Whoever, at any time after the passing of this Act, shall be one of five or more persons assembled for the purpose of committing , shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Then after you have to attend the court for the court hearing with your parents and with your advocate . We will issue your Notice & Summon letter at your registered address .

 

Notice :- Under cibil Procedure Under instructions from my client shall file a cibil suit against you in the court of competent jurisdiction service of this notice for the cause of action and reliefs mentioned plaint enclosed herewith, which may be treated as part of this notice.
