Earlier my sim was registered on someone named Shiv Kumar. Thereafter in the month of August 2019, I have purchased a new airtel mobile connection. now i have been receiving some calls from the loan companies regarding the payment of their loan which Mr. Shiv Kumar has taken from them and he had registered my current airtel mobile number for the loan payment nominee. Therefore, i request you to kindly take some strict action on the same as i dont know what to do. Another thing, my number is already registered on various online sites in the name of Mr. Shiv Kumar. How is this possible if i have not registered it in the first place. I want you to delete my number from all the respective sites. I want to make fresh accounts from my number with my name. How is this possible. I have purchased the sim and you guys are not even going thorough the fraud going in your co. How can my no. is still registered with Shiv Kumar name. I want you to take some strict action against it. Again and again i have been receiving such calls.
