I, Vishwanathan Ghante, currently serving as Police DCP at Kharadi Police Station, Pune – 411014, received a fraudulent and obscene call from mobile number +91 7507684000. The caller falsely identified himself as Raj Daware from SBI Solapur. Despite knowing that I am a police officer, the individual used abusive, threatening, and disrespectful language, and even challenged the authority of the police department. This act constitutes offences under IPC Sections 170, 416, 504, 506, 294 and IT Act Sections 66A, 66C, and 66D. I request that immediate legal action be taken against the concerned individual.
