I am Saju s and I am Totally and Mentally Harrased
Complaint Against – FineTune Service
Complaint – They are fraud people literally mentally harassed me. To pay that amount..these are group of people and specially ladies..This company made me do thier assigned work and did pay a single penny to me and on contrary they are forcing me to pay 8500 rs they literally mentally harassing me to pay that amount. Now they are blackmailing me to pay penalty charge With any signature in agreement They complain against me.. Now they call me and send me mail ND told me you have 2 days pay penality other wise they take serious action against me. ND They send me mail.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.“if you want to avoid legal procedure then you must have to pay 5,400+3,250=8,650 Today.
if you want to continue the same project again have to pay 15,230/- today.
