Sir,
I am Prashant Kumar from Patna, I got a call from Technowave Analytics regarding online form filling job as data entry on 5/8/20 from number 099094 67002. I don’t know from where they got my number and email-Id. She told me about the job according to her it is very simple job and I don’t had to pay registration amount before. So, I agreed to do this job. She sent me a mail regarding demo and procedures to start the work. she asked me about my adhar card to proceed the process, I just sent it. After that she again called me for arreegment I have to uplod my signature and photo. I just uploaded it then and there. I got mail then where found a agreement paper. Suddenly another girl called me for verification. I told her that that time I don’t have lab top , it was in service center. I will get my lap top after lock down means after 16/8/20. I requested her to extend the time to start the work, she deny to extend the date and she told me to cancel my application. They cancelled it.
I got a call from wasim Sheikh, 096381 93005 on 7/8/20. He told me I have to pay Rs.5000 within 10-15mint other wise he would filed a case on me. I didn’t pay any many to him.
Next day I got mail in which there is written ”
Kindly Note Above Given Details Are Being Sent At Rajkot Gujarat District Court For Further Legal Proceedings And You Need To Be Present At Rajkot Gujarat District Court On 12/08/2020 With The Challan Amount of 37,963/- INR.
Failure To Present At Court Date, Court Is Liable To Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You.”
Even I dint refused to do work and i never got any work from them. still they are threatening to take ligal action to take money.
Help me out , please take serious action to stop sach type of scam.

Don’t contact Akash…..the best way to complaint at cyber police portal…..it’s a cyber crime and matter will be solved by inter state police coordinator not by a simple man…..go with legal procedures set by our indian government…. address- http://www.cybercrime.gov.in
