In August i got a WhatsApp message from a lady Sarika Patel about data entry job and will pay 23000 after completing that task and registration fee will be deducted for the from the first pay.
She told to send Documents and ask to make agreement between the company and me. And work was given
Once i complete my task, and show me Qc failed report. After some days they started calling and now sending email and WhatsApp message saying
This Intimation Letter Inform you, That FOREST TECHNOLOGY Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
I was involved in the same thing and recieved this call and message yesterday. Could you please tell me if anything else further happened to you regarding payment or did you have to go to court and stuff?
