In 2022 I applied for a 15,000 RS shopping coupon for Amazon online store through Zest Money App. I was told its approved and it would reflect in my App and on the amazon store. It didn’t show up. I have paid 7 or so EMIS of 1880 a roundabout and have still not received my coupon. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls. I also would like to complain about ICCI bank. They deducted monies from my account towards emis when I cancelled my auto debut features. I have lodged complaints at the juhu police station on both companies. No action or update is given by the police. I was told to complain In the RBI website. I am using this medium instead.
