I just got cibil update, I saw that my score has gone from 768 to 704.
I found that there is a loan active in the name of Tarnaktri whose amount is 12000. I have never taken a loan of this amount, nor did I receive this money in any of my accounts. So why is this loan showing in my cibil which is not related to me. Please remove this loan from my cibil and increase my cibil score again
