Hi,
We have booked our ticket through yash agent listed in just dial.since we trusted the source of just dial, we were not hesitant to book our ticket.He assured that we should only make a payment once we receive proper PNR.we did receive tickets for to and fro from the agent. We paid the full amount.The to ticket was genuine.once we reach airport to return back to mumbai, airline told us that our return ticket is marked as fraudulent. This came as a shock.we got in touch with agent and he assured us that we can book our return ticket from airport and he will look into the problem and refund our money for new return ticket as it was super experience. He never return our money.he was giving us dates when he will return our money and later switched off his phone. We are stuck now. It is a huge loss.
