I have received a parcel on 27th of June 2023 it was from Mumbai when I received it it was totally packed when I opened it i found it has one more rap and then box packing which was cutted already only third outer rap was sealed my items was around 7000 rupees worth which includes 8 smart watches but I received only three pieces inside it I called courier boly asked him my items are missing inside it was opened inside but he refused and said we don’t know sir when I argued he called his boss and said talk to him I explained my situation to him he said I will mail the company please send me ur adhar card and parcel video so I can proceed I send him he said I will call u when I got any answer from company about return my AWB no is 13194222287288 kindly take strict action regarding this fraud
