Dear Concern,
I was booked a combo deaL Gray SSGC 5000185472 wrist watch. MRP was approx 9000 and Offer prize was 1699, But I have received a single and old Titan wrist watch in Fast Track Box yesterday.This has done fraud with me by Company OR Currier Boy.
Please refund my money in Next 5 days other wise I will go to consumer Forum.

I HAVE ORDERED FOR NEW COMBODEAL -GRAY WITH TRACKING ORDER SSGC5000187868 AND DELIVERED BY EKART WISH MASTER ON DEC 2, 2020 AND THE PAYMENT WAS DONE FOR INR 1699/=.THE DELIVERED MATERIAL WAS NOT THE MODEL ORDERDED AND A VERY CHEAP PRODUCT OF SUBSTANDARD QUALITY.
I THINK IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND CHEATING PEOPLE AND SPOILING THE REPUTATION OF ONLINE PURCHACES.
KINDLY LOOK INTO IT AND REPLACE THE ORDER

I said courier boy that I will pay only after seeing the product..he as expected denied me and then later I got a call from above number which is from nexa company delhi…I told her u r fraud n bla bla..she was so cheap she instantly disconnected phn…for such a fraud company always make COD option so that u can refuse to pay and the loss will be on such fraud company
