Respected sir,
I m deeply shocked and saddened the behaviour of your company and i dont call it as fraud, but would recommend to address this as breach of trust with deceit.
I am a businessman, working in telecom sector for the past 15 years or so but have never witnessed a tragedy like this.
I was convinced by Mr. Chandramohan ji, bihar head of wardwiz in April 2019 to start this business, and hence was given the details of the SUPER stockist of wardwiz in bihar as per the attachment below, and was requested to give the amount of 1.5 lakh, which is a huge amount for a lower middle class business man like i am. On the contrary i was billed the stock of 1.5 lakh by the company, one month after which Mr. Chandramohan also resigned. After whom the stock kept lying in the warehouse but nobody came to look at it or help in selling or anything like that in which manner the business usually operates.
The mourning tragedy is that 6 months later to which a new bihar head Mr. Rajeev, asked me if i want to continue in response to which i affirmed but he convinced me as of no benifit and the best option for the same being to return to Mr. Rajeev which in turned submitted it to the stock to the super stockist, saying that he already had a word with the super stockist i am going to meet him and give him the stock, in return of which you will get your money back, i did the same understanding him to be on higher in the hierarchy than me, but was fooled and cheated.
I also submit a chat screenshot with mr rajeev where i m literally begging him to return my money, wherein he completely stopped answering my calls. I kept on doing the same to the super stockist who said that he would return the money only if the company returns it back to him, after which he stopped responding to my calls as well.
This seems a clear fraud against the hard earned money of clear money eaters. I am attaching the bill, the conversations and everything, i kept on requesting for the statement, for money for everything but i wasnt heard. Such a company with such brand name doing such actions is so embarassing and tragic.
Amidst of this pandemic my financial condition has drowned pathetically like every another indian, i request u to please look into the matter. I really feel helpless
