I bought dogs German shepred in 12000rs he told me send advance 1000 rs and rest amount 11000 give on cod. I said ok but after giving indian army receipt he told me send 5000rs more I send again he said 5000rs send for delivery charges I sent again he said 1200 rs for permit I paid but he didn’t sent anything to me he show documents canteen card army adhar card pancard totally I paid 17000 rs and get nothing please help to find this person.
