I am extremely dissatisfied with Varafi’s service! I booked my flight in February 2023, but despite multiple attempts to contact their customer executives, all they do is make excuses about server issues. They keep promising that my refund will be processed within 7 working days, but I have yet to receive it! This is completely unacceptable and I demand immediate action
