I ordered a cotton linen slim casual shirt from Pack 04 from your website on April 29th, 2023.
Today I received my order, and after unpacking the package, it was found that the shirts were not received as per what I ordered and were also damaged . I have received only 3 shirts instead of 4. The product looks like used shirts. (Refer to the attached images and order confirmation details.) I have paid INR 2,000.00 to your logistic partner.
I am not satisfied with the product that you shared with me. I am requesting that you start the refund process on an immediate basis. Below are the details of my order.
