Text of Complaint by Manu Saxena:

Online deduction made for HHI Varanasi Hotel for 15 Feb but Agoda not responding with booking detail and nor share after online payment of Rs 4089.97 made. Agoda also not responding and have no Indian representatives. No customer care support from Agoda and TripAdvisor who showing Agoda website on it web portal.

this is despite payment term for pay later. It was made thru HDFC credit card. further HDFC credit cared customer support line not working. No support from HDFC credit card to guid you from this fraudulent transaction.
