I got a ticket booked from lucknow to hyderabad on 13th august by TRAVOLOOK but as soon as the amount was deducted from my account, I received a message of ticket cancellation.. Since then, I have been following up for my refund and they are giving me false hopes.. And when i read the reviews of the company, I found that this is a fraud company and many other customers are a prey of this company.. Kindly get my refund as soon as possible.
