I have made a flight booking on February 2 but they only cancelled from there end stating the ticket was not generated due to technical issue. They sent an email that the amount will be refunded in a Week’s time and it’s almost a month. They are harassing when I call up the customer service representatives and were disconnecting the call and are very rude. Everytime they say the payment is in process which is a lie
I have all the call records / email proofs.
Someone please assist to sue this company
