Dear Concern,
This is refer to my booking made on 30th May, from Travolook – my travel agent in the name of Anita Pandey by Indigo Airline, ticket reference
number REF553801128 amount paid Rs 4552/-towards the same. to my utter most surprise after remittance of my payment one Ms.Julie who represented herself as a office bearer informed me that due to some unavoidable circumstances my booking has been canceled. I was assured that with in 15 working days I will get my refund.
my pain started from that day itself i waited for 15 days but when I didn’t get my refund I called upon to there office several time and it was well assured that I will get the money. now the situation is more worst previously my call was attended but for past few days it went unanswered. now I’m in a dilemma where to go what to do I tried contacting Indigo Airline people but they said that they couldn’t do anything in the matter as my ticket was booked from a travel agent. I felt like been cheated
Several time I called your office and speak to the receptionist name Julie , she speak to me and said that you need to wait mail and wait for some more days our team will send you a mail but sorry to write mail to the concern person that after that I never get call nor mail receiv.
I have attached below the soft copy of the tkt for your ready reference, waiting for the reply, please advise.
