I have booked a couple honeymoon Greece trip with booking id 6372013 by the name of saroo ( only land package excluding flights) which costs of rs 1.37 lakh ( which was paid online fully) through travel triangle in 2019 and my trip was to be completed in April 2020 but due to covid it was not completed and since then neither they are refunding my amount nor they are communicating with us in this regard. I have tried many times to communicate with them but either they don’t pick the call or they disconnect instantly. I have communicated on mails also but here they also miscommunicate and miscalculate the refund amount which still under process from last 2 years. Now I want to register my complaint as fraud done by travel traingle. Kindly take some action and help me to refund my amount as soon as possible. Kindly also update me on my mail for further communication.
