My booking ref no. REF784964877. I booked ticket on 14.06.2021 for travelling from Patna to Mumbai on 20.06.2021, but it was cancelled by travolook immediately after booking. It was very surprised and shocking for me, since i was not having extra money and journey was very very urgent. They promised to refund in 15 working days. Refund amount not received till now even after 2 months. They are not picking my phone.
