I received a COD order on my Bengaluru address today, which I had not ordered at all. By mistake, I collected it and paid 499 for it, thinking it might be one of my other orders, but hadn’t done COD. still I thought, because I had ordered some clothes from other websites, I thought I might have missed the payment, and might have done COD. It was a simple wasteful black plane piece of cloth inside the package.
To complaint, when I tried to call Ecom customer care, I didn’t get any help. then I searched online, and found that, this type of fraud is happening now a days, as I can see in online complaints, which are mostly involving “Ecom express private limited”.
Ecom is doing/ helping in fraud.
I will never ever trust any parcel from Ecom express. I lost rs 499. the point is the parcel might had been containing something else dangerous/something illigal too. This is very serious fraud done with the help of “Ecom express private limited”.
I want my rs 499 back.
