I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the website https://simplysalwaar.shop
for conducting fraudulent online activities.
On [5 september 2025], I purchased [A COTTON CLOTH ] from the above website and made an online payment of ₹[2000]. However, after payment:
I did not receive the product.
The website provided no valid customer support (no phone number, no proper email).
Multiple attempts to contact the seller through their website’s contact form went unanswered.
The site appears suspicious and may be deceiving multiple customers in a similar manner.
This clearly amounts to online fraud and cheating, causing me financial loss and mental distress.
I kindly request your urgent intervention to:
Investigate the fraudulent website simplysalwaar.shop.
Take necessary legal action against the operators of this website.
