Hello.. Rashmikant Rajput here from Bopal, Ahmedabad.. 9898112086..

I have placed an order at site-ezeephones for Krypton K20 Pro worth Rs.4479/- and payment made through site-payU on 17.06.2020, but there is no message, intimation, reply from the company even there is no customer care number of it. Its email id–> support@ezaasupport.com is also fake. We cannot send mail/message there.

Today 20.06.2020 in the morning about 9am while I have received the phone I was shocked.. It is not the mobile for which I have made payment.. It is 4G Android 2gb RAM,16gb ROM mobile of unbranded company instead of Krypton K20 Pro mobile..6gb RAM & 128gb ROM.

Please ban these types of fraud companies with payment site like PayU.

Please refund me the amount of order and oblige.
