Hi Sir/ Madam,
My brother ordered two jeans (order number: 8027083183)from One97 Communications commonly known as Paytm.He got only one jeans delivered but he was charged for both of them and now the status shows both of them has been delivered.
Raised this concern to paytm customer service, but they are not taking this seriously.
Please look into this matter.
