I booked the national travel Bharat Benz AC sleeper bus from Bangalore to Mumbai for me my wife and 4years old son.
But it was not a Bharat Benz but some local national bus in which air conditioner was not working. It was already late by 2 hours and since boarding time the ac was not working some how everyone managed at night but since morning sun rise the climate became humid and everyone started suffocating with hot Temperature inside as there was no ventilation because of AC bus. When we tried calling the bus company customer service we were informed to manage our own and call was disconnected.
