Text of Complaint by Anonymous:

We went to the aamod Bhimtal resort for 2 days on April 2019

their agent harginder came and wasted our whole time,literally sat at our room for 3 to 4 hours and begged us to take his membership in which he promised he will give us extra food and activities coupons

we got the membership there and then

received a confirmation call by their agency After making 10000 rupees payment in the company account

next we never received any calls from them

we called Harginder as he has told us to call him directly for making reservations as he was our agent and told him to book us a reservation

he said to transfer 15000 in his account because u cannot pay directly online in their account as no information was provided by him regarding that we did the same

we kept on calling him but he kept his phone switched off the other day

so we called on their helpline numbers but to no avail, they did not pick up our calls

we then got the number of mr nikhil their head from aamod Bhimtal

after calling him n number of times he picked our call and said that harginder has left the job 20 days back and he will help us and will revert back

then we received a call from 2 of his “highly unqualified” for the job of coustom agents one was smita roy who was extremely loud and impatient not at all affected by our loss and sounded more frustrated than us I actually felt like my brain has been churned in a mixi and dat someone should just kill me

maybe she is kept for that purpose only so that when their employees commit fraud she would blame the victims only and convince them that they are actually the once who have committed crime, its like forcing a dead body that it was his mistake that he got murdered

this woman did nothing just blamed us and took no responsibility for her company when we said that atleast they should have informed us that our travel agent has left if not much

then their was this other lady wafa who first said that they will refund our 10000 rupees by coming morning and the rest 15000 by 7 working days

we have a full recording of that

then she says that we will only refund 10000 and rest you have to manage on your on

what kind of a company does not take guarantee of the mistakes made by their employees

now our 10000 is in process and we don’t even know we will get that or not forget about 15000

i seriously don’t know what to do about this situation but no one should trust this company and its employees.
