I called Tata Sky to split my Id into 1 main ID and 1 add on connection, however they created 2 ids for me and now they are not ready to merge both IDs before 6 months and asking me to recharge both IDs separately. I have already raised the complaint with tata sky lot of times but they are not resolving my issue. Everytime different person call me and i have to explain the same issue to them again and again. I have the full recording of tata sky executive with me.
